Science alone isn’t functional today where the world of medicines aren’t curing enough during the fall out of human lives in this pandemic year; Where Yoga alone is the only occult science that’s helping you and I to thrive through these times.

I’m here to throw light on to the topic of educating you; to understand the bodily systems that makes us and how each one of us needs to focus on these systems in order to bring in the energy through yoga asanas/movements and improve our psychological well-being.

From lifestyle changes to bringing breathing techniques into focus, you will easily be able to eradicate neurotic disorders of the brain and also diminish your fluctuations that cause anxiety and depression through regular asana and pranayama practices in your daily routines.

Your intention of practicing will help you prolong your life span where you need to encourage your self to focus on the anatomy of your body i.e muscle strengthening, correcting alignments, building immunity through disciplining your respiratory tract as well as emphasise mainly on getting stronger psychologically / mentally which will help to keep going.

Simple yoga techniques can enable you to uplift your spirits through movements and add value to your growth.

I insist that if you are reading this, push yourself to hear your own body and preserve your energies by thinking optimistically during this lockdown period, until then stay home & stay safe!

(Practicing pranayama which is just about doing a exercise of your respiratory system can help one to build strong immune system)
