Yoga was developed over 5000 years ago and is derived from a Sanskrit word which literally means ‘to join’. It is a synergy of physical postures with breathing techniques that connect mind, body and soul. The scientific benefits of yoga are numerous with proven benefits. Yoga is one of the ancient exercise methods that increases strength, flexibility, immunity, energy, muscle tone. Yoga helps in reduction of high blood pressure, stress, depression, weight & Insomnia. It also helps with better posture, athletic performance, reduces joint pain & back pain. Yoga can also assist with increasing blood flow that results in faster growth of nails, hair and a healthy skin.

How is Yoga different from stretching or other kinds of fitness?

In PANTAJALI YOGA SUTRA CHAPTER 2 SUTRA NUMBER 46 Rishi Patanjali have been describing a yoga asana need to experienced in a complete relaxed physical state of mind and body.

When we add this concept in our mind before someone enters in my class I do start mentioning about a lot of breathing work, mental conditioning of aligning mind and body together.

When one starts practicing any yoga asana with such mindful practice, he/she becomes a yoga practitioner.

Now a human intelligence is upgraded and moves beyond physical level. Yoga strongly emphasis on pranayama were a person is able to control the flow of energy and eventually they are able to have sound mind to have a joyful life. The hatha yoga practice is a complete solution in todays world to get rid or any physical as well as mental sickness.

As yoga postures could be designed in a way that can be customized it is possible for anyone to start. Whether you are a couch potato or professional athlete, you can start yoga since the idea is to explore the limits and not perfection

What I need to begin with?

Due to Covid-19, we are conducting all of our classes online. To begin practicing yoga all you need is mat, towel, internet and a laptop/tablet/smartphone.

Beginner

These sessions will be beneficial for those who are unfamiliar with Yoga and is designed for beginners. The basic asanas or postures will be taught in this session that will help you loosen up the joints, provides flexibility, improve postures & body alignment. This session provides a foundation who want to learn challenging Asanas and perform advance postures.

Intermediate

These sessions are exclusively designed for people who are familiar and can perform basic yoga postures and are in pursuit of perfecting, improving or learning postures that are challenging & advance in nature. The advance asanas or postures will be taught in this session that will help you loosen up the joints, provides increased flexibility, perfect postures & increased body strength. This is beneficial to all yoga practitioners who want to take their skills to next level and deepen their knowledge.

Power Yoga (Fat loss)

These sessions are ultimate formula for weight loss for people who are struggling with obesity or are overweight or want to maintain their current weight. This is dynamic version of yoga that is intense in nature. The asanas or postures that will be taught in this session that will assist you in reduction of weight, lower blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension, insomnia.

Train the trainer

This session is designed to make a yoga Instructor into a master yoga teacher. A yoga practitioner will be able to learn a lot of advance physical skills one to one to develop them self to a different level. Session will content Advance breathing work and movement which will make them move like a feather.

Private class (1 to 3 participants)

This session is exclusively designed for individuals who want to practice in a private setting.
